Why the "30 Day"?

Based on the experience of countless individuals, if you make even only a few of the suggested changes found on this site you will see positive results within 30 days.  The more changes you make the more remarkable progress you will see.  It is impossible for you not to see improvement within 30 days.



Discreet Packaging

All packages bear a return address of "Guaranteed Outcome, LLC".  There is no phrasing or identifiers on the exterior of the box regarding MRSA.

Subscription Orders

By selecting "Subscribe and Save" as an option during an order, you are agreeing to a minimum of two deliveries, after which time you may cancel.  By default, the radio button on the order page is set to a one-time purchase.  If you accidentally move it to "Subscribe and Save" and don't notice until after the order was placed, please contact us immediately so we can prevent further shipments.  At our discretion, the order may be adjusted or completely canceled and refunded.  Regarding coupons: as noted with each published coupon code, they are not applicable to a subscription order.

  • What is your Shipping Policy?

We ship within 24 hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we cannot ship within these times we will contact you using the information you have provided.  Generally speaking, if an order is placed before 2 PM PST it will ship the same day- if you need confirmation that an order placed later than that will go out the same day, please call to confirm.

It is our policy to ship in compliance with U.S.D.O.T. (US Dept. of Transportation CFR 49) regulations.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

Please contact us by email for international orders.  Shipping method will be at our discretion and you will be quoted the shipping charge before the order is placed. International customers will be responsible for any customs duties or fees for the full purchase price of the order.


Return Policy

We will replace defective products. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies, whether it be because of weather conditions or human error. If a package is damaged during shipment we will replace your order and deal with the shipper for a refund.

Guaranteed Outcome, LLC does offer a 60 Day Product Guarantee. This is for product purchase only and does not include any shipping fees. If the order qualified for "free shipping" the full order amount will be refunded minus actual cost charged to the company for shipping, verification of that amount will be provided to the customer.  Please return the full or empty bottles within the 60 Day time period along with the reason for the return and your correct contact information for a full product refund to:

Damage Policy

Please inspect your package immediately to determine whether there has been any damage or leakage. Report any damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. We will not accept claims for damages that have not been reported within 72 hours of your receiving your product.
