What is B-pHree gel?

if B-phree doesn’t work as a stand alone treatment, is it also covered under your refund guarantee. and how long will it take to get a refund. also what number do i call to get this refund. i called your order line and got no direct person just a voice recording, why don’t you have any live help, it seems you should be doing well enough, or want to help those who need help ordering or returning items. and when i did call and left a message, my call was never returned, im afraid if i order, and have bad result, i will be stuck with an expensive product that was a waste of my money. i dont understand why you wouldnt want to instill peace of mind by having live help.
