Survival Story of Long Time MRSA Sufferer

Sara Crew

Sara Crew - MRSA Survivor

Shannon, this is Sara Crew. I found your site on March 19th and then you called me that day. I wanted to tell you I went ahead and got on the pHenomenal and it has actually changed my whole life. When I got the pHenomenal and all the information I was almost too sick to read it all. But I started on the pHenomenal and then worked on the diet. It has really changed my life. I wish I had taken a picture of myself to begin with, but I didn't have film at the time. Oh, there's such a difference. I looked before this like I was a walking dead person, and now I look like a brand new person. In fact, since March 17th until today, which is June 1st I've lost 125 pounds. I can get around so much better.

I started off the pHenomenal slowly. I took the 32 ounce but then I gradually built up. Some days I can drink the 64 ounces just fine and some days I drink a little less. The word that you chose for this plan, this product pHenomenal, is a wonderful name. My sister and I use it all the time.

I just wanted to tell you it has marvelously changed my whole life. My digestive system's good. The Candida is not as bad as it was. I'm thankful what I found out will happen to the immune system, and I'm so much stronger now than I was.

I would encourage everybody to do this and have no fright about it at all. I would not call it a diet. I would call it a food plan. I think I'll just stay on that food plan for the rest of my life. It's not a hard diet at all, a hard plan at all. I concentrated on the food that I could have and just forgot about what I couldn't have.

I am doing so well and I just wanted you to know it. Thank you so much for calling me that day. I got off that sugar the first day, even before I started taking the pHenomenal. When I found out that sugar was what MRSA fed on, it made me so angry. I just stopped that day. I'll tell you, it's been from March 17th to June 1st and I have not missed sugar at all. I found out the body does not call for it anymore. It is not a real problem.

I just wanted to tell you how well I'm doing and how my life has just changed. I found out too was I had not slept in two years. I'd wake up every couple of hours or so. Now, I'm sleeping all night long. I used to go to bed at 3 and 4 o'clock in the morning and get up at 12 in the afternoon. Now, I'm going to bed at 10:30 and getting up at 7:30. It's just a wonderful change, and I wanted to let you know it.

A Conversation With Sara.

Shannon:

Who was the first one to find pHenomenal?

Sara:

I did. Patricia had MRSA and that's the reason I was looking on the Internet. I was doing all the research I could do. One morning I came in here and I had this email from you or I had an email from the MRSA30Day.com site. I went on there and that's when I found it. I went ahead and ordered it first. Then when Patricia heard about it, I talked to her and told her what I had done. So she ordered right behind me. She ordered the week's supply. I think I ordered two months supply to start with because I had already done some other things, and was thinking maybe I wouldn't need the three month's supply. Of course, here we are down to February next year. I don't drink the same amount every day, Shannon, but I drink some every day. But I like to keep it in the house and the last order I gave to my son because he's having some real problems and I think its acidity. He had an appointment with a doctor of internal medicine today at 3:00 and we'll find out what he found from that.

Shannon:

This is an ironic situation because all three sisters were positive for MRSA. Is that correct?

Sara:

Yeah. The thing is, Shannon, I don't know where we got it because we live in different places. So we were not keeping company with each other. So we don't know how we got it.

Shannon:

Yeah.

Sara:

The only place I can think that we got it was our hairdresser because she and I saw the same hairdresser. And we started off itching on the back of the scalp, and it was just murderous. She had been treated for shingles for two years. Then she got this thing from her insurance company saying to have it checked for MRSA. That's when they found it. By that time I had broken out on my arms and legs, and since I had been looking on the site I knew exactly what it was. I knew I was sick. I didn't, actually, go to the doctor and do a culture. My doctor didn't want to do it. He didn't want to do it. So we didn't get done. But I did the pHenomenal. Everything changed. I began to live again. The stuff cleared up. My sister had had back surgery and I think she got it in the hospital.

Shannon:

Yeah, very possible, it's very common.

Sara:

Let me ask you a question. How long does it take MRSA from the time that it gets you, for it to grow in your body and to all the damage?

Shannon:

That completely depends. And, by the way, I'd like to shed a little light on, at least my opinion.

Sara:

Okay.

Shannon:

Being sisters you all have a similar metabolism.

Sara:

Gotcha.

Shannon:

Families, obviously, they're a lot alike. We get a hundred percent of our metabolism from our mother. True we get half our DNA from our father and half from our mother, but out physical body, our physical makeup, comes from our mother. Then, of course, you grow up together and things are similar. So we have a similar body, you may say, a similar metabolic makeup.

Sara:

I didn't know that.

Shannon:

Yeah, in other words, your physical body, obviously, comes from your mother.

Sara:

Okay.

Shannon:

Her mineral makeup, let's say some women are toxic and let's say aluminum or mercury or lead. They're high in energy or low in energy. That's all passed on to the baby, and the father has nothing to do with that. But my point is, think about this, let's say a man has an MRSA breakout for years, and years and years and yet his wife who lives in the same house, sleeps in the same bed, uses the same shower, she never gets it.

Sara:

Yeah.

Shannon:

It's because she has a metabolism…

Sara:

Like my husband, he has lived with me and he's not gotten it.

Shannon:

No. See, that's one of the myths of MRSA, is that it's this bug that's going to jump on you and get you, and it's not true. It brings in a level of personal responsibility to each and every one of us to keep ourselves, our inner environment from being able to allow these bacteria to grow.

Now, that brings me to your next question. Let's say you go in for surgery and some people immediately, immediately can into septic shock just from getting MRSA, which is Staphylococcus aureus in the blood. I mean it runs like wildfire. Their immune system kicks on. Their fever comes up. Their body is in immediate panic mode. The doctors try to cool them down. They start with their antibiotics and they do everything they possibly can. Then after a while, if they cannot get it under control, they'll put the person into an MRSA induced coma. In other words, they'll put the person in a coma to get their body to calm down enough to try to save their life. Otherwise, they'll run a fever and die.

On my site I don't know if you've ever listened to the testimonial of Dr. Rebecca Rogers, but her brother was in an MRSA induced coma for two months.

Sara:

I think I listened to that but I didn't understand the seriousness of it. I'll go back and listen to that again.

Shannon:

Yeah. I mean there's only one step further you can go and that's death. The only reason the doctors are going to put somebody in a coma is to be able to try to do their best to get control of the situation. In his case, like Dr. Rebecca Rogers said, the doctor said he's going to die. He won't make it through the night. And, finally, she said if he's going to die can we give him the water.

Sara:

Okay, I remember the testimony.

Shannon:

Yeah, and by the way, when we start clinical trials with pHenomenal that's my living; breathing goal is to be able to give pHenomenal intravenously. You see, a person – let's say they're in a coma. Let's say they're all the way to the edge. They're not dead yet but the doctors can't get it under control. Their body is in a severe state of lactic acidosis. And to be able to give pHenomenal intravenously you can reverse that condition in an hour. I mean just with one drip. There's no reason because pHenomenal is totally harmless.

Sara:

By the way, have you gone to Nevada yet? You said you were going to trial to see if you get that in an IV drip in the hospital. Have you done that yet?

Shannon:

Very soon. Hopefully, we're going to start within a month or so. Then, of course, there's going to be constant updates on the site. I'm just excited out of my mind.

Sara:

Well, I am too now.

Shannon:

The other flip side is of course people that have had MRSA for 3, 4, 5, 6 years could go and simply get drips for let's say two weeks. I mean for the first time in years be out of lactic acidosis. And they will have control of the bacteria, and then they can go home and finish it off just drinking it. But I mean we'll be able to move so much faster and stronger being able to put it in the vein. So once it's legal to do that, once we've gone through the clinical trial and proved it, it's going to open up a whole 'nother world. It's just awesome.

Sara:

You know you're talking about the children getting the metabolism from their mother. My son, I'm thinking he's got MRSA now. He had surgery in the year 2000 and I did too. And I'm thinking that this thing has grown from that time until now. Could that be true?

Shannon:

Absolutely. And don't forget Sara, there's so many things in our environment mainly hydrogenated oils, sugar turns into acidity.

Sara:

I know all that stuff. I've done all that.

Shannon:

There's stress. There's hydrogenated oils, saturated fats, transfats. All these things lend to hydrogen in the body, and hydrogen is acidity. So these are the things in our world, which we consider normal. In other words, let's go get a cheeseburger. Well, that's normal. Well, 300 years ago they didn't have cheeseburgers. They didn’t have French fries and sodas.

It's not normal, but that's our world and you have to deal with it. All pHenomenal is is a tool to finally be able to remove those toxins, those very specific toxins from the body. And what happens is we're in this unnatural world and a certain condition, a high level of acidity builds up. That's exactly the environment that Staphylococcus aureus needs to live. Once it gets a foothold the whole situation escalates. And, happily, pHenomenal can reverse that condition fast enough to where your immune system can get a handle on it.

Sara:

Um-hum.

Shannon:

Really cool, really, really cool.

Sara:

Well, I sent a note with my son and his – well, she's not his wife yet, but they went to see the doctor again. So I sent a note to have them checking to do a MRSA culture to check him for dehydration and lactic acidosis, and stress, I think. I'm hoping that he'll do that. I know Ben is acidic. I knew his diet. I know he's acidic.

Shannon, just before I found the MRSA site I was so sure that I was about to die. In fact, I got to where I had to hang on to consciousness. It wasn't that I was going to faint because when you're going to faint you just faint. But this was I was just hanging on to consciousness like I'm fixing to leave this earth. I would tell my husband every morning when you start to work you come and wake me up because I don't think I'm going to be here. It was that bad.

Shannon:

Wow!

Sara:

That's kind of what my son's going through with now. He'll start to freeze and shake. Then he says I'll feel like I'm going to faint. I said Ben when it was me; I had to hold on to consciousness. He said mama, that's what it is. It's holding on to consciousness. Then he'll ache all over and I've seen him when his eyes were sunken in. He'll go a few days and he'll be okay. Then all of a sudden it's back to – his girlfriend thinks he's got a phantom, mystery illness. I’m trying to explain all this to them. I'm worried about him, but I'm thinking if he doesn't have MRSA he can be acidic and not have MRSA.

Shannon:

Absolutely. We're all acidic to a certain degree. But, once again, the body needs to be in a certain acidic condition for the bacteria to thrive.

Sara:

I know.

Shannon:

For example, like if you read "The pH Miracle" by Dr. Robert Young cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, the list just goes on, and on and on of all the acid related diseases. In fact, he says almost all disease, with the exception of viruses, and of course MRSA is a bacteria and not a virus, all disease is called by acidity. So we're all walking around with varying levels of acidity and very few of us are balanced the way we should be. It's really difficult because, once again, we live in an unnatural environment.

Sara:

We sure do. I've got all this stuff on all disease being acidic. I've got a whole folder full of information that Doolittle has sent to me. I've even got Dr. Young's lecture in Omaha on here and all that. I've got cancer is a fungus. I've got all that stuff he sent me. It's just been wonderful information.

Shannon:

Yeah, Doolittle's a gem isn't he?

Sara:

He is.

Shannon:

He's a good guy.

Sara:

He's a nice guy. I like him.

Shannon:

So I think we did our interview. That was awesome. I was recording the whole thing.

Sara:

Are you serious?

Shannon:

Yeah.

Sara:

Oh, my word. I don't even know what I said.

Shannon:

That was perfect because we covered your sisters and their various conditions. That's great.

Sara:

Okay, well, I guess we can get off the phone.

Shannon:

Hey, you know, on my site I'm having the site remodeled by a professional so it's going to be a lot smoother, and a lot nicer. The man that I'm going to call next, we've been playing phone tag like I'm been playing phone tag with you, his name is Shawn Nutter and he should have some really pretty amazing pictures. He's a professional weight lifter. Not really a lifter. Well, what do they call him? You know where they like do squats with 400 pounds.

Sara:

I know what you're talking about. I don't know what you call them.

Shannon:

Yeah, it's not just a body builder with big muscles. Power lifter, that's what it is.

Sara:

There you go, okay.

Shannon:

Anyway, his dad said he's been lifting weights, and he can bench press like 600 pounds or something. Anyway, he's got all kinds of pictures, but it's going to be neat because he's going to have pictures.

Sara:

So you're going to have all this on the site?

Shannon:

Yeah, and he was like two weeks and all his spots were healed up. I would love to have a picture of you and your sisters. Do you have a picture of the three of you together?

Sara:

No I don't. As strange as it is, we don't get to see each other very often. I'll just have to see to it that we get together now. We had a family reunion a while back and my sister actually went, Joanne, the one that had sepsis. She was the best looking person there. I mean serious. She was the wellest looking person in the group. She looked really good. That's the first time I've seen Joanne look good in years, but she looked fresh. She looked brand new. I haven't seen Patricia in a month or so, but the last time I saw here she was looking good.

Now, Shannon when I lost that weight that was an entire surprise to me. I never expected that, to lose weight. I had heard that people said they lose a few pounds and I thought I'd lose a few pounds. Well, I came down from 173 to 129 in about 90 days.

Shannon:

Wow!

Sara:

I couldn't believe it. I would get some more clothes and my goodness, the next couple of weeks I've got to get some more clothes, and I've got to get some more clothes. It was like that. It was just falling off.

Shannon:

Yeah, and there are quite a few reasons for that. There are certain regulators in the body. Sara: I read all that about fat cells, how they get sticky and they hold onto this stuff, and what acid does to your system. I had been on diets and I absolutely could not lose weight, but I found myself doing the right thing and the body gave up all that stuff. I told everybody I didn't lose weight; I lost waste, just years of accumulated waste. I think that's what happened.

Shannon:

Isn't that great?

Sara:

It is.

Shannon:

Fantastic.

Sara:

Well, anyway, this pHenomenal is a good thing even if you don't have MRSA in that it just cleans up your body and gets the acid out. Can I say this Shannon? That diet when we first got it, my sister and I Patricia were so sick that we just had to call each other back and forth several times during the day checking on the diet. I got off of sugar the first day I talked to you because I got so angry about what it does to the body, and I just got off of it. And I was eating everything in the world that had sugar in it until I found out the body was addicted. But you know what surprised me was when I got off of it, I guess it was about three days, the body just didn't call for it anymore.

My body just settled down and I realized it was responding to the diet. And I didn't know that I was addicted. People don't know how good nutrition is for the body. Anyway, it's changed the way I'm going to eat the rest of my life. It has. I've got a lot of knowledge now and it has changed my life. I so much appreciate knowing what I know, what I found on that site that day.

Shannon:

Well, thank you Sara. I take that as a gynormous compliment. Sara: Well, I'd like to hear what goes on in Nevada and if things get done like you want it to. I hope it well, but I'm interesting in that. I want to know. So let me know. Shannon: Yeah, my plan is one the study is underway I'll – I've kind of been a real slacker because I can send emails to my entire database of people. So, in other words, when there's a new update to the site like, for example, with yours I'll call it testimony of the week and send an email out to everybody. Invite them back to the site to take a look at the testimony of the week and stuff like that. Well, obviously, we get fired up and start doing this clinical trial well; I've got plenty of stuff to talk about. So that's what I'm going to start doing.

Sara:

Okay.

Shannon:

That's my goal.

Sara:

All right. I wish you good success. You're having good success already. Thank you so much, Shannon.

Shannon:

My pleasure, Sara. Thank you. Say hi to your sisters.

Sara:

I sure will. I sure will. Thank you and bye, bye.

Shannon:

Bye.
