Sally Morris' Story

The sore size was getting about the size of my fist, and it was very painful.

My name is Sally Morris and I was a missionary serving in Sierra Leone for four years. Recently, I was offered airfare to accompany a work team to the hospital where I served. This was an answer to prayer that I haven't even said. But many hardships began standing in the way of this trip and we were determined.

I got what I thought was an infected bite on my left side. I treated it by myself for about a week with hot compresses, and hydrogen peroxide and antibiotic ointment, but it only increased in size and sensitivity. This went on for a while and I had to go back to the doctor. She saw that it wasn't really doing very well and the sore size was getting about the size of my fist, and it was very painful. They incised and drained it again but nothing was really helping. She advised me not to travel. I was really upset. I panicked and I turned to the Internet for answers and came upon pHenomenal.
