All About Us

Welcome to our pHenomenal story.

My name is Shannon Brown and I would love to tell you how all of this started.

But first let me tell you that our goal, as a company, is to help MRSA sufferers to empower their own immune system to fight MRSA efficiently and quickly with or without any other treatment.

Now, I consider myself to be a regular guy and I’m certainly not a doctor and to tell the truth I wouldn’t want to be because it’s a really hard and thankless job.
My father has been in the alternative cancer field since I was 6 years old so I grew up around health and the belief that although the medical world is amazing in many ways they don’t always have all of the answers.
In my mind MRSA (or Staphylococcus aureus) and cancer are almost identical in the sense that cancer is a “fermenting cell” that only eats sugar and it produces lactic and uric acid and Staphylococcus aureus is a “fermenting bacteria that only eats sugar and produces lactic and uric acid.
I knew it had to be much easier to shut down or stop a bacterium than a living growing cell.

In short I became a little obsessed with MRSA and drove my wife crazy talking about it because it seemed so simple and yet no one had seen the obvious. I especially got aggressive in my research when a member of my own family contracted MRSA.
The business we now have was built out of necessity in trying to serve and help those people who need it.

We are based out of the State of Nevada.  Every batch of pHenomenal is tested by Wet Labs, which is a Nevada certified analytical laboratory that meets or exceeds RCRA (Resource Conversation and Recovery Act) standards. Then pHenomenal is bottled by a certified Nevada bottling company that meets all the highest standards of purity.

We are a small company doing the best we can and reinvesting every penny back into patents and the company so we can do a better job.
Obviously clinical studies are necessary to not only gain credibility but so we can help even more people. But they are more expensive and difficult to accomplish than you may think. And most importantly they take time. So we will get there one day.
But enough of that!

Here is a look at our incredible staff who just love to help.

Deborah
Deborah is the backbone of the business! She is not only the voice on the phone but can empathize with anyone that calls because her daughter Jennifer suffered with MRSA for two years and the nightmare wasn’t over until she found pHenomenal. (You can read the full story here). She is truly dedicated to helping people.

Corrina
Corrina is our expert box packer. No, really… it’s harder than you think. To get our products where they are going while getting dropkicked by the post office or UPS is a challenge. She works hard because she knows you need it! (Plus she has an adorable smile!)

MRSA webmaster Ben

Ben
Ben is the resident webmaster. He designs, de-bugs, and redesigns and re-de-bugs our ever evolving website. He is an artist, musician, tide-pool enthusiast, gentleman, and all around nice guy. He also knows a lot about dinosaurs. Check out his Web and graphic design homepage

Chad
Chad is our programmer. Anyone with a computer knows the frustration of it going on the fritz. Chad not only bails us out when something goes wrong but has also handled all of our networking, phone, and shipping challenges. You may never talk to him, but he’s a real smart guy.

Elizabeth
Elizabeth… well… you know Elizabeth because she keeps us all up to date with the weekly emails and all of the writing on the website. She also corrects Shannon’s spelling (A full time job in itself) comes up with the most eloquent ways to say things, tells us when our ideas are ridiculous, and in her spare time travels the world (especially Africa)

I am so glad you chose to introduce the staff of pHenomenal. Great idea! It puts legitamcy in your selling your product. I have been receiving your emails for about year now and I am still hesitant about ordering your product. Perhaps, if you could tell me the ingredients in it I wouold feel more comfortable. Also, in the past I have been worned about doing business with companies in Nevada due to less strict laws in how one can do business. Please send been anything that would make me feel more comfortable in ordering or trying your pHenomenal product.
    Sincerely,
    Maureen McDermott

I have a 5 year old daughter who has suffered from painful MRSA boils for 3 years. She has chronic eczema. A special hospital that we have visited for the eczema and with whom she received great results share with us that someone with eczema has 500 times more staph count on their skin than a typical person. While her skin is clear, she continues to have a steady stream of infections. What would be the best route to take with your products? Is the water safe for a child?
Thanks for any information you can share.

      Dear Tracy,
I am very sorry to hear about your daughter, that has to be very stressful for you. I would highly recommend the 30 day package which will last you a lot longer than a month, because your daughter is only 5.
This package contains two gels, the B-pHree which is designed for her to shower with twice a week (only for the first month of treatment) in order to remove all bacteria from the surface of her skin. This is when you want to change her bedding and give her all clean linens, free from bacteria. Meanwhile, the pHenomenal will be balancing out her internal pH so that soon you won’t have to worry about there being bacteria on the surface of her skin. Then the other gel is to be applied on any MRSA rashes or boils, as often as possible.
I hope that has helped, but you will get more thorough directions when you make your order. I honestly wish you the best and let us know how it is going after a month or two of drinking pHenomenal.
      Regards, Elizabeth
